Operating from Waalwijk across the Netherlands. Registered as a drone operator with the RDW, flying in the EU A1 Open category with a sub-249g aircraft.
Who we work with
- Brokers with villa, estate or commercial property listings where ground-level photography fails to capture the object.
- Owners of farms or commercial premises with substantial lot — aerial views show scale and parcel layout.
- Developers and architecture firms who need a hero aerial photograph for a sales brochure or Funda listing.
- New-build projects — context ahead of completion, for marketing material from the developer or contractor.
What you receive
- Photography: 8–15 edited aerial photographs in 16:9 and 4:5 (Funda and social).
- Delivery: within 5 working days of the flight, via download link.
- RAW on request: available for an additional fee.
- Usage rights: unrestricted for the listing or marketing of the specific object.
Operating framework
We fly within Dutch and EU drone regulations:
- Registered with the RDW as a drone operator.
- A1 Open category, sub-249g aircraft.
- VLOS, daytime only, maximum 120 m AGL.
- Flights are aligned with no-fly zones and local restrictions.
